IARU Region 2 status

Region 2 accepted an RSQ information paper on 1st June 2007 with a request to process it for review at the Brasilia conference scheduled for September 2007. Unfortunately the paper was not included in the agenda, nor apparently was there any flow through of the Region 1 or Region 3 recommendations to the conference. With no explanation available we can only assume an administrative glitch of some kind occurred.
